Copy & Paste Content is a Business & Social Media No-No.

Taking images and descriptions right off your company's website is super impersonal. If your audience can't connect with your content you're not making an impact on them to take action on your offer.

If you have an audience overlap with your team, posting identical content will be 100% discrediting to your business. Think if how it looks to your customers when you make a product post, and then see it 5 more times on their feed from your team. Write your own posts and encourage your team to do the same.
